If your password is still the same as your login ID, we have changed your password to your first name (this is your first name as shown on your last invoice).
Eg. Name on invoice is Blade.Ruby, password changed to Ruby.
If you do not have a first name on your invoice, there is no change. Any problems call our office or simply re-register.
